This program is a high impact fighter’s workout. You will condition and tone your body, build stamina, and develop fighting proficiency. It is ideal for either the fitness enthusiast or the martial arts practitioner seeking to improve upon their fighting skills.


It’s a balanced routine of stretching, bodyweight strength & cardio exercise, strike-pad/heavy-bag work, and sparring. We realize that not everyone is training to be a prize fighter, so we take a customized approach to each individual. We train you according to your own physical stamina and limitations; we will nudge you out of your comfort zone with each training session - without pushing you to the outer limits.


Individual results can vary from person to person, but most people will see significant improvements in their physical health and fitness levels by about 6 weeks with regular attendance.  As with any physical activity, it’s highly recommend to consult first with your physician.
